All creative services provided by Cairo Visuals — including branding, motion graphics, and 3D production — are subject to separate project agreements or proposals. Any pricing, timelines, or deliverables mentioned on this site are for illustrative purposes and do not constitute a binding offer. A project officially begins only after both parties approve the proposal and payment terms.
All creative materials produced by Cairo Visuals, including but not limited to logos, brand identities, illustrations, animations, 3D assets, and written content, remain the intellectual property of Cairo Visuals. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their brand and marketing purposes, including online and print use. This license does not permit resale, redistribution, or modification of the work without prior written consent. Cairo Visuals retains the right to showcase completed projects — including visuals, case studies, and behind-the-scenes content — for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All invoices must be paid according to the terms stated in the project agreement or proposal. Cairo Visuals reserves the right to pause or delay work if payment deadlines are not met. Late payments may result in additional fees or termination of the project.
Each project includes a specific number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Final deliverables will be provided in the formats specified at the start of the project.
While Cairo Visuals strives for accuracy and quality in every project, we cannot guarantee that all materials or designs will be error-free or uninterrupted. Cairo Visuals is not liable for: Any loss, damage, or delays resulting from website downtime or third-party service interruptions. Any misuse of materials once delivered to the client. Use of this website and any materials from Cairo Visuals is at your own risk.
Our website may include links to third-party platforms such as Behance, Vimeo, or social media channels. Cairo Visuals is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of these external sites.
All client information, design briefs, and project materials are treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required.
